Personally, I channel my bad habits into developing my mental illnesses. I rate my method 1 star, and would not recommend it.

Ahh, the anxiety of all creative persons. Well, those who are good; the terrible creators make crap because they precisely do not have the inner critic railing at them constantly to do better.

This isn't any kind of bad at all. Bad is when things get so out of control you start seeing visions of your own version of the Office, where all your characters replace them and are standing around the water cooler all laughing at you. XD
