Morgan Trapped and Hogtied
Morgan stumbled into a robbery in progress while on foot patrol. Before he could react, he was grabbed from behind and forcibly hogtied. Once his arms and legs were tied, the villains re-enforced the bonds with extra strong duct tape. He is even blinded and muzzled by duct tape and left, helpless on the floor, as the robbers continue their heist.
