That is a chimera. The MLP version was inaccurate, the chimera was part lion not tiger. They obviously didn't do the research. Also it is not illegal for one Dracaran to eat another Dracaran. They say if it is okay to eat a non sapient than why shouldn't they be able to eat something that is.
