Hate those freaking stirrups! And the speculum is always freaking COLD! I used to have a female doctor who ran it under warm water before she'd use it! I loved her!

Would you believe that I've been up in the stirrups, too? Apparently there are MALE procedures where they are used as well. It's no better for us. I can't think of a more vulnerable, more humiliating position to be in.
At least I was drugged.......

Congratulations! One of the most humiliating experiences in the world, having your bare nethers spread open for some person you hardly know to fondle and fiddle with while you're stuck with your feet in those ridiculous little socks held uncomfortably in place by those metal monstrosities... Oh the horror... *has to go take a cold shower now...*

Hey, if it helps......
My S/O has always offered to go to the hospital or doctor with me. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, I do the same. It's always nice to have some caring soul with you. Medical facilities are pretty intimidating places.
