\n\n Ayame woke up as her alarm shot off. She winced and folded her ears tiredly, brushing her hair out of her face. It was every where as usual, the curls tight to her head. She rolled slowly out of her bed and yawned again, hearing a knock on the door.
\n\n "Aya get up!" shouted a woman's voice.
\n\n Ayame grumbled and climbed out of her bed. It had taken a bit of convincing her body, but she was up. She rubbed her eyes and then heard another shout for her to get up. She winced again and stretched. She was dressed in a pair of matching jammies, pink and duck shorts and a pink and a matching tank top that says 'Quack! Quack!'
\n\n "I'm getting up!" she shouted back angrily.
\n\n She stretched and then headed to the shower. She brushed her curled up hair out of her face and soaped up her lithe furry body. At fifteen, Ayame was quite petite. She had small breasts and small hips, barely widened. She almost had a boyish looking body, but her face was much too pretty. After showering, she got dressed and ran down the stairs.
\n\n Her parents stood near each other talking and her father rested his hand on her mother's swollen belly. Ayame smiled a bit and looked down, fingers lacing as she sat down. Raven smiled and turned to her daughter, walking over and kissing the top of her head.
\n\n "Hello sweet heart. You ready for your first day of school?" she asked, looking down at Ayame.
\n\n "I guess," she replied.
\n\n Her father, a large stallion walked over and placed some food on a table for the little lupine. He kissed the top of her head and sighed, sitting down next to her.
\n\n "What's wrong, Aya? You're a smart girl," he said.
\n\n "I hate school, papa! Every one makes fun of me. They say I act weird," she said with a sigh.
\n\n "That's because you're not like them, Aya. Remember that you grew up differently from them," said Raven, fingers brushing through her hair.
\n\n "Why, though? Why can't I be like every one else?" asked Aya with a heavy sigh.
\n\n "Why do you want to be, little one?" asked Raven, continuing to coo to her daughter.
\n\n Raven was a lovely tressam and her adoption of Ayame had been one of the best ideas she had. Ayame, though a wolf, was kind and gentle and caused few to no issues for her and her husband. She helped out and planned to definitely help with baby sitting.
\n\n "I have to go," she said, closing up quickly.
\n\n She stood up and kissed her parents cheeks. She smiles and grabs her book bag, taking a deep breath. She brushed her hair out of her face and walked off to school.

\n\n School...school...the golden rule. Write your name on a piece of paper. A-Y-A-M-E.
\n\n Ayame sat in the back of the class room. She always did and it seemed easy enough for her. She was dressed in a pair of tight black jeans and a red t-shirt. Class started as it always did for the young wolfess. Completely treachorous.
\n\n "Hey little Aya! When you gonna be my bitch?" asked a boy next to her.
\n\n He was also a wolf covered in brown fur with red eyes. He snickered and elbowed his friends, licking his lips like a lusty demon. When he noticed the tiny wolf not paying him any attention, he growled. He suddenly stood up and leaned over her, with those dark eyes. He grabbed her by his head fur and she whimpered, ears folding.
\n\n "I'm talking to you bitch! You better answer me," he said with a growl.
\n\n "Let me go asshole!" growled Aya, trying to hit him.
\n\n Her voice was barely above a whisper. That's how she always talked. Her blue eyes lowered to her feet, unable to look at his eyes.
\n\n "What did you say, little bitch?" asked the wolf.
\n\n "I think she said to let her go asshole. You better do it quick, too," replied a guy.
\n\n The human boy stood up, green eyes fiercely watching his. The wolf swallowed hard and let go of Aya, sitting down in his seat.
\n\n Ayame felt her cheeks heat with embarrassment and she quickly ran out of the room, bursting into tears. The boy followed her out of the room, catching her in the hall way. She had slid down the lockers, curling up into a frightened ball of white fur and clothes.
\n\n "Hey Aya...you okay?" he asked.
\n\n Ayame's head bobbed for a quick nod. She swallowed hard and the boy knelt down next to her, brushing her tears out of her eyes. He lifted her chin and smiled.
\n\n "You don't have to do that," he said.
\n\n "Do what?" asked Ayame, cheeks flaming with embarrassment.
\n\n "Look down. You're a great girl," replied the boy, "My name is Alec."
\n\n He stood up and held out his hand to her. She took it and stood up, trying not to lower her eyes again.
\n\n "Hi. Thanks for helping me, Alec," she said shyly.
\n\n "Hey why don't we skip class and I take you for some food or something? You look like you can use something," he said with a smile.
\n\n "Sure. Thank you a lot," she said, cheeks red.
\n\n "You already thanked me. You don't have to again," he said with a smile.
\n\n He led her out of the school and the two began a wonderful friendship.
