Scribbles from the mind
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
My previous submission wasn't satisfactory, I actually felt disappointed the more I looked at it. I knew that something was wrong.
Spent a morning figuring out the problem while scribbling nothing more than sticks and circles. My thoughts drifted around and I started drawing constellations. And that was the answer.
Turns out that I din't apply joints and muscle allocations properly, hence the awkward balance distribution. Also I din't have a proper 3d dimension scaling, causing the distance proportions to go haywire.
Now my character model has a skeleton and a reference to mass distribution, and its postures are solid. Also added the factor of muscle distribution (this concept works on real animal models too).
I used to have this technique in a primitive form before hiatus, but lost the edge. Now I managed to rediscover it, and improvise. All this ordeal to catch up with my imaginations and realism.
