I have TOO many guys lol
This is why I still love you with all my heart :3
So... how's the sequel for "ACFTB" coming?
If I sound like I'm just criticising you when I post, then I'm sorry... I really intend to help boost whatever fields you go into, authoring or drawing, because you're an amazing writer, and I can't help giving little tips and things because thats just the way I am :p And I'm also over-talkative, writing pointlessly long paragraphs like this (you can blame English GCSE for that). And I suppose I'll stop talking now to avoid wasting more of your time, lol.
As for the neck width thing, I usually draw my wolfies with thicker necks because that's how they are in real life. My anthros are somewhat more on the animal side than human side, so the neck is thick and covered in extra-fluffy fur which makes it seem all the thicker.
As for Scott's flat arm, I completely agree. I love the pose, but I don't like a lot of things about this picture, including Chris's entire head! I'll most likely redraw and repost this relatively soon. Thanks a ton for all of your input; it means a lot that someone would care enough to do such a thorough analysis of my work :3
With a realistic balance of personal and public scenes, and a seriously realistic build up to mature scenes (yes I like realism :D.. I include furrys into this because I think I said somewhere before they're perfectly genetically possible (in theory)) -also realism in sexual scenes (especially gay ones) does the absoloute opposite of make it boring if you bulid it up right, I mean a few minutes ago I was complimenting this guy's comic series by saying how his realistic and (important with realism--->!) easy to relate to image of the characters made the sexual (and the rest of it) areas very empathetic, making you feel as good as possible when the characters are enjoying themselves, and similarly sad when the characters are feeling a loss- making it as heart-warming as possible, and gives you, most of all, a breathtaking story.
But only if you keep the understandability (thats not a word, is it?) consistent throughout. (but make it interestingly confusing when you want to do some cool epic shock horror twist thing somewhere though. :)
So, from looking at (all) your stories, I would say you are definately capable of making an epic story (I mean, ridiculously good like LOST finale standard (well, not such a build up.. I think you know what I mean.. somehow..)), which if you did manage, would not only make you satisfied, but will make a pretty large amount of people think; "Wow.." when they finish reading.
I think this a proper concluding paragraph now.. (as you can see I've tried and failed to stop talking twice now) Right, so, important factors: keep an eye on how realistic the story is, make the characters as true to life as possible, make the series of events emotional (except when the atmosphere is casual), and try to make mature scenes focus on emotions and relationship strengthening (or weakening, if you plan on doing something that involves a declining problem between characters (really long stories/series only, where you have space to bring it back up again)), and just work with the characters, make them shift between moods, creating atmospheres that really feel important to the storyline- and keep it going for as long as the tension you feel is appropriate. (Wow, if I don't start new paragraphs I just keep expanding the one I'm on lol) I'm giving you this bucket load of information because I really want to see you do amazingly, and have seen your potential for a story that really means business.
p.s. (and no this isn't another paragraph) your latest story, with things like the magic pots and dick-growing liquid... isn't particularly my thing, but you're the writer, and people seem to like it, so you can do that in (side?) stories like that, but when doing things like what I've said, I don't think it fits (It's your choice though)
I appreciate you ignoring the magic and stuff like that, and I am going to give you a heads up that (in case you didn't notice, especially with my wolves having 11 inch cocks, lol) I do like well-endowed guys, so I am going to have some fairly large guys in almost all my stories, but nothing TOO huge.
Thanks for all your advice. I'm taking it into careful consideration, and trust me, I believe I have an encore series that is going to blow you all away. Action, suspense, betrayal, guns, tactical combat, secret agencies, underground warfare, and, of course, the hot, steamy male-on-male yiffing we all so very much enjoy. I can't wait to be finished writing it! xD First chapter is on its way :3
