Uben has been a part of the crew for close to five years. Despite his first name being pronounced Ooh-Bin, the crew of the Wave Rider have taken to calling Uben "Ben" or just "Cookie". The galley aboard the Wave Rider is not a large place which is, in many ways humorous that Ben is one of the largest men on board. Including his horns, Ben is just shy of eight foot tall and weighs in at close to four hundred pounds If one were to believe the old adage that you should never trust a skinny chef the cook has a very 'trustworthy' build and tends to prepare food from his homeland along with some slightly more higher level cuisine from Trevosse. While some would object to the fact that Ben is only a mediocre cook he more than makes up for it with the simple fact that he is a certified ale-miester from a kingdom that is well known for its alcohol; he even has the skill to brew his own while at sea. As such, the crewmen aboard the Wave Rider are quite fond of their captain's choice.
