she is a female but they do not have breasts so i do not know how they feed their young 0.0

Well if its like a feral mantis the eggs will be laid and abandoned , when they hatch they will start hunting for food that is as small or smaller than them selves or even each other.

That aside I for one would avoid having some inter-mate loving with this female since the female mantis eats it's mate alive, head first since the male mantis has its brains located near its genitalia.
that way they can continue breeding while the male is literally eaten alive though the male pretty much has little choice in the matter once he's inserted himself inside of her.

So yeah another reason why its best to say thanks but no thanks to horny Insectoids heh! ^_~
