Ahmed (the top left ) is the father of Myth (the bottom right ). Ahmed wants Myth to be just like him. Disciplined, Strong, and someone to be admired. When he actually does see Myth after twelve years he’s almost like a helicopter parent in that he wants Myth to be PERFECT. But for Myth this doesn’t really work out. He is young and rebellious and wants to shape his own character. This is what causes extremely bad tension between them. They both want to SEE different things from each other, Myth wants to see his father acting like a father, and Ahmed wants to see Myth being perfect. They both want to see what they want to see. But what’s ironic is, they’re both half blind.
