Triblin and Kravoc the Cloaked are characters I created for my The Fantasy Trip: In The Labyrinth campaign, who I then adapted to my Runequest campaign. This required a few changes. First, Triblin had originally been a halfling wizard, but halflings don't exist in Runequest's setting world of Glorantha, so I just made him a small human. The second, bigger change is that classic wizards don't exist in Runequest, either. Almost everyone in Glorantha knows magic, and the really powerful magic, called Rune magic, is only available to the Rune Priests of the cults of its many gods. Therefore, I made Kravoc and Triblin Rune Priests of Lhankor Mhy, the god of knowledge, whose Runes are Truth and Stasis (the cult both seeks truth and holds onto it). Kravoc was the High Rune Priest of the temple of Lhankor Mhy in the campaign city of Pavis, and Triblin was his chief assistant.
