Rai and his sister spent a couple months on the street after Eggman conquered the world. He'd Always do what he can to protect everyone from Infinite. After a while he joined the Resistance as he got tired of Infinites cocky attitude. In Missions he'll use one of three wispons. Burst wispon for when he wants to heat things up and reach higher ledges. Lightning for when he needs to gather rings and to whip his enemies. Hover when he'd want to reach higher places that burst can't as well as use the wind from the wispon to send enemies crashing into eachother.
