KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS

  1. What is Lupe's full name?

Guadalupe (Johns after getting married) Guevara Guerrero

  1. How old is she?

19 (during the origin), 20 (during the first Wolf Comic) 26 (during the Special Week Comic)

She has a child at 24.

  1. Where is she from?

Miami, Florida.

  1. Does she work?

Yes, as a theme park mascot (from 19 - 26 years of age) as an amateur wrestler ( from 26 - ??)

  1. Why the costume?

Job requirements, she can't “break the illusion/kayfabe" or else she will get suspended/fired. It worked as both a park attraction and as a wrestler identity.

Also it is both lightweight and comfortable, Lupe is actually “lukewarm blooded", so she can't produce much body heat, the suit helps keep her warm.

  1. Does her boyfriend/husband know?

Never fully. Her boyfriend becomes aware of the suit a few months after the first wolf comic. But he believes that it's to cover up a skin condition Lupe has, kind of like a wig for a woman with alopecia. He's saddened by the fact that such a skin condition is apparently passed down to his daughter, but encourages her to not hide herself.

  1. Does her daughter know?

As a child she doesn't care, and finds her mom “silly". But as she grows older she becomes proud of her wolf heritage and demands to always be recognized and treated as one. Fully believing that she has a skin condition. Even if Lupe told her she wouldn't care.

  1. What is up with her design, is she actually part mammal?

Lupe is actually the child of a male wolf anthro and a female lizard anthro. This has led to her developing certain mammal features like breasts with nipples and trace amounts of body hair which she has to regularly maintain and shave.

  1. What type of lizard is she?

Not any specific type. She is based on basically every green lizard I could find and mix up. The amount of species mixing in her family tree has led to her developing non-specific features that are present in multiple types of lizards. This basically means you can use whatever lizard you want as reference for her and it'll work.

  1. Are the black dots real?

No, they're make-up, it's common for some lizard anthros to paint dots on their bodies for scale decoration, Lupe just takes it extra far by painting her whole body with them, she's mirroring the way her mother used to apply her own dots. During lazy days she might just go without dots or leave them on specific spots. But they take surprisingly low amounts of time to prepare. Lupe's daughter has inherited naturally occurring black spots from her grandmother.

  1. Does she have any hobbies?

Yes! Lupe is pretty into fitness and likes working out, also she has moonlighted as a wrestler in small amateur venues before! (She has also gotten really into cosplay and LARPing, but prefers to not reveal it to others, it's what drove her to stay at her mascot job for so long, she started to enjoy it after a few months).

  1. What is her personality like?

She's rude, quick to anger and kind of lazy. But compensates by being a quick thinker and a good liar, these might sound like negative characteristics and you're right!

She's not a particularly good person.

  1. What is her boyfriend/husband like?

Johnny Johns is a pretty simple guy, he's a kindergarten teacher and an all around nice dude, he may be a bit naive, but he always sees the best in people and brings out the best in Lupe, in spite of everything they love each other very much.

  1. What is their daughter like?

Jenny Johns might have a few undiagnosed complexes built over the years by her confusing species status, she was a lot like her father as a child, an innocent and happy soul who loved the world she lived in, by her teenage years into her adulthood she has become, well… to say the least, a shut in femcel.

She's bitter, antagonistic and incredibly insecure about her appearance. Even with her mother trying to explain their situation to her she still believes herself to be mostly a wolf or at least a mammal, and has become attached to her grandfather who feeds into her delusions. Time will tell if she ever gets over herself.

  1. How do other people treat Lupe and her family?

Lupe was pretty widely disliked by most people around her but has become a more popular figure within their community over the years, especially thanks to Johnny's influence, she has become a go to for birthday parties around their neighborhood.

Jenny had many friends as a child but has disappeared completely from the public view after a young wolf girl called her a filthy scalie during her final year in high school.

  1. Who are Lupe's parents?

Nobody has talked about Lupe's mother for years, apparently her husband did a lot to get her out of her daughter's life, who knows if she's even still alive, the one thing everyone knows is that she was some species of lizards with naturally occurring black dots on her scales

Her father however is another story, a full blooded grey wolf anthro, tall and physically imposing. He is the son of poor Cuban immigrants he has become resentful of his heritage and has adopted the name Sebastian Saunders shortly after his daughter was born, apparently he had just enough respect for her late mother to not change Lupe's name.

Mr. Saunders is the owner of hundreds of properties all over Florida, being one of the richest men in the state, insisting that his daughter “start from the bottom like he did" he demanded her to get a job without his help, leading into her hiring as a mascot, he holds nothing but contempt and disappointment for Lupe especially after years of stagnation as a minimum wage employee, caring little for the fact she began to actually enjoy her job. Sebastian also despises his son-in-law believing he's dragging Lupe down. He has however, become very attached to his grand-daughter believing she has the potential to become his true heir and allowing her all the advantages and benefits Lupe never had.

  1. How often does she take off the costume?

She swaps outfits at least once per day and washes them while she showers.

  1. How many of them does she have? Are they custom made?

She has basically lost count, at this point she probably has 3 articles of clothing that aren't identical mascot suits and red dresses. Keep in mind that any damage or stains to the outfits provided by the park she works at means that she must purchase another one, while she does get to keep the damaged suit, meaning she has gotten pretty used to repairing the damn things, also her paycheck is very low in most months for that reason.
