As an aside, since I figure this piece needs a little bit of commentary: 9/11 was a tragic event, but not just because of the event itself, but also because it was used to strip our freedoms away, implement security theatre, spy on everyone, and invade and kill a bunch of people in the middle east. I think part of taking away the power is learning to find some humor where it can be found.
