Xeer Alien Species
A deer like species that prefers to show off their big brains rather than their antlers, infact they get the top of their heads removed as soon as they can so they can replace them with a glass dome that shows off their brain size. As a bonus females can and do participate as well creating greater a sense of equality than antlers.
