Reno fancies himself a gamblin' man. But he always prefers to stack the cards in his favor if he's going to put his neck on the line. 

With a holographic projector of his own, He can scan a person in the crowd, or procedurally generate a character to disguise his species and blend in as he needs. It's not as robust a program as Darkwitt's, but it's enough to infiltrate and get the information he needs.
