The Story Thus Far:

It has been seven months since the end of the empire and known civilization. In its place another has risen, run by the ONE who conquered all- the ONE who will eliminate all of your problems in exchange for your mind, body, soul and pretty much your everything else as well.

During this time of darkness a colony was formed of beastials, humans, hybrids and even monsters fleeing the chaos of the world collapsing around them. They helped those struggling to exist creating allies and friends (some would turn into baddies though.) in the process.

But as the eighth month of the current year draws close the colony is discovering that their enemies are increasing in size and scope. It is all but a foregone conclusion that they will be annihilated no matter what they do. The question is which one of the colony's foes will accomplish this task…. first?

Counter Earth Chronicles - Fallen Empire

Chapter 93: Tippi's Tale

When Sandu, Linias and Haem were admitted to our colony, I wondered what the hell the triumvirate was thinking? Three beastial/human eating refugees from a colony that tried to devour us earlier this year? Really?

Lady Ursa explained to me that the benefits outweighed the disadvantages. First, the three had considerable knowledge about this king of monsters who had risen to power nearby. Second, they were able bodied warriors themselves and could aid in defending this colony from its enemies. Third, the three agreed not to hunt, maul, capture, eat or otherwise kill any of us. We just had to wean them off of their current diet of beastials and humans… some how.

The big negative was by taking in these fugitives, we were now on the monster king's target list as if we didn't have enough things to worry about. But then again how do you negotiate with those who consider you their food?

Day 200 (9:30 AM Infirmary.)

“Ah Linias, good morning." The horny lioness said greeting the scorpion man- who we would soon realize was actually a scorpion boy. “How are you feeling?"

“Better." He responded resting his trident at the doorway. “So this is where you two hang about? I will remember to spare this location and the two of you when my clan invades."

Shakara and I were taken aback by the abrupt directness of his statement before seeing the smirk on his face.

“My someone IS feeling better." Shakara said walking forward. She felt up Linias' human half- his bald head, his plump chest and those washboard abs of his.

“Um, do you always man-handle your patients Ms. Kubari?" He asked slightly unnerved by her touch.

“Most of them." Shakara responded candidly.

“Hmm…." I said crossing my arms.

“Alex, he was only kidding." My devious person said. “Well... I think he was kidding."

“Remember I was vetted by your leaders- ouch!" The monster said as the lioness checked his wounds.

“Hmm…." I said as I continued to express my doubts.

“And you still don't trust me." He concluded.

“I am finding it hard to believe a young, but powerful individual such as yourself would want to consort with those you consider food Linias."

“I would." He responded to me.

“Why?" I said probing for information.

“Because I don't share our ruler's vision or his horrid ideals. In fact, I am sick of both."

(And the truth comes out.)

“So why did you two want to see me here this morning?"

“I was curious what type of genitalia a scorpion man has, its size, shape and where it is located on his anatomy." Shakara said returning the smirk she received earlier.

(Hoy, that was such a Shakara statement!)

“What she means is that we need to perform an initial physical." I said correcting the horny lioness.

“It is to establish a health baseline." Shakara said as she continued to get lost in the creature's flat abdomen.

“We also have to make sure you are not carrying any diseases that could wipe us all out." I added bringing my devious person back to reality.

“Like what?" Linias asked impatiently.

“Like bacteria, viruses or protozoan." Ms. Kubari said running her paws up and down his chest.

“I assure you that I am quite healthy." The scorpion boy said.

“We will see." I said opening up the medkit and removing Shakara's triangular scanning device. “Hold still."

I gently moved the device over his head, chest, arms, back, scorpion back, his six legs and tail.

“So you two are the healers of this colony?"

“That is right scorpy." Shakara said flirting.

“You two are also very fond of each other- what is the word? Are you a couple?"

“Is it that obvious?" I said finishing my scans.

“Yeah judging by your interactions." Linias said.

I gave the triangular scanner to Shakara. She looked at the readout and started making notes, a lot of them.

“Something wrong?" The scorpion monster asked.

“You are quite venomous." I said.

“So is that naga- Ms. Una. What of it?"

“Ok, we need to know how potent your venom is Linias."

“For what purpose?"

“To make an antidote just in case." I said.

“In other words you still don't trust me." He said now crossing his arms.

“Actually in case you accidentally poison someone cutie." The dark tan lioness said.

“And how would I do that?"

“I could see a few ways. Let's say you are sparing with one of the other warriors here and they accidentally fall on your tail *stab* and we don't have a way to counteract the venom."

“I see. Next you will want me to cork my stinger." Linias said frowning.

“That might be a good idea." I added.

Shakara set up a target on the far wall of the infirmary for Linias.

“If you would please attack the cloth and the pole it is on with your stinger Linias." Shakara ordered.

The young warrior did as requested.

*STAB*

The spike hit the white cloth on the pole precisely. My lioness took some samples for analysis.

“It is a neurotoxin!" She exclaimed. “You are going to be a valuable ally indeed."

“I am not finished." The scorpion boy said.

Linas brushed each of us aside as he spat this vicious white fluid at the target.

“That is poison, potent poison." He announced proudly.

“Um, do you really need that trident of yours?!" I asked shocked.

“Apparently not." Shakara said.

“Thank you- that is quite kind. I heard there is some type of warrior training here?"

“That would be Lady Ursa's class she holds it every morning outside the central building." The dark tan lioness said.

“You should attend- it is a great workout and it would give you a chance to get to know the rest of the warriors in the colony. Just promise one thing..."

“What is that Mr. Winter?"

“Save the poison and neurotoxin for your enemies alright?"

“Right. If we are done here, I will see you later?" Linias asked.

“Yes little scorpy." My lioness said.

“Please don't call me that." He said leaving.

As the scorpion left, our next patient of the day arrived.

*HISS* *HISS*

“Good morning Sandu." The horny lioness said. “I believe Linias told you to come here?"

The black and red lizard looked at the both of us indignantly.

“We need to establish a health baseline for our records." I said as the lizard continued to stare us down. “It is so we know what your vitals are supposed to be if you fall ill."

*GRUNT*

“I think that was consent." Shakara said removing the triangular probe from the medkit, she carefully proceeded to run it over the fire lizard's body. He watched her like a hawk.

“Well?"

“These are some very interesting readings too." My lioness said.

I took a quick glance. “If I didn't know any better I would guess he is from that realm of fire and magma. But creatures from Diamantopoulous' dimension can't have a physical form in ours."

“Regardless Sandu may not look it, but he is quite formidable. He has a venomous bite. Most likely for paralyzing his prey." Shakara said as the fire lizard flicked his tongue at her.

“We are going to need a sample of your venom Sandu." I smiled politely.

The creature frowned and then opened his mouth wide. Shakara took a sample from his cheeks for analysis.

“His venom is also a neurotoxin. So what other weapons does he possess?" I asked.

*HISS* *SPLUTT*

“Impressive." Ms. Kubari said looking at the remains of the target she had set up.

“He can spit magma at his prey, burning and melting them to the ground. I think he can also trip with his tail and the smoking eyes thing is quite intimidating too."

*HISS* *HISS*

“We are finished Sandu. Please remember that we are all friends here and to save those attacks for the enemy." My lioness said.

“You can send in the next appointment." I said to him.

The fire lizard glared at us as it departed the infirmary. But returned pulling a young she otter in its mouth.

“Help! Help! He is going to eat me!!" She screamed.

“Morning Tippi. Um, Sandu you didn't have to physically pull her in, pointing her in the right direction would have sufficed too." I said as the lizard flicked its tongue at the horrified otter.

“Eek!!!"

“Tippi, it is ok dear. Sandu, Linias and Haem aren't going to eat you." Shakara said comforting the terrified youngster.

“Wait, wait, let me get this straight, you agreed to let bloodthirsty monsters live among you because they promised not to eat anyone? Really? Really?"

(Wow, this one has some spunk.)

“When you put it that way um… well… yes." I responded.

“Besides sweetie, they have been thoroughly tested and vetted to make sure that they don't have any ill intent." Ms. Kubari said to our next patient.

“Or so you say." She said crashing down our fantasy.

“You do know that those three aren't the only monsters in this community Tippi?"

“Yes mister Alex. I have met Yogi and Rumble. The yeti is goofy and funny while the werewolf is scary- fierce, but kind. Say, why am I here?"

“Initial medical screening. We perform a baseline exam for all new arrivals at the lost city." Shakara said removing her triangular probe from the medkit.

“Please have a seat on the counter." I ordered.

“My, she is adorably cute." My devious person said running the probe over the youngling's head, chest and arms and legs.

“So what is the prognosis?" Tippi asked.

“You are experiencing a high rate of anxiety and fear most likely related to a traumatic level event." I responded.

“And you needed that probe to determine that?"

(There is that spunk again.)

“I would strongly recommend attending Ms. Una's help group- they meet regularly downstairs to talk about stress issues." Shakara said petting the girl on her head.

“Kenna recommended that I go too. Is there anything else?"

“Yeah there is Tippi. How did you wind up with Linias, Haem, and Sandu?" I asked the little otter girl.

“Well…."

Four months ago….

Personal Journal March 3rd, Year Of Empire 34

It has been three months since our neighbor Dongo Dingo whisked my daughter and myself from our home in World Two under some guise that the city was in danger and that the end times were near. I didn't believe him at first, even after we were joined by several other citizens who had done the same.

We formed a caravan with our hover vehicles traveling east over the woods, forests, rivers, lakes and an ocean to a peculiar area comprising of grassland, plains, forests, steppes, highlands, mountains and tundra surrounding a beach within a four mile area! This is quite a weird and unique place. It is obviously well past the boundary of where the High Evoluntionary said that citizens of the empire were allowed to live. I fear if the knights find out we will be judged and punished but another refugee among us, Mr. Xava has said that it wouldn't be an issue.

The rest of our group has really taken to this place especially Dongo's girlfriend Doria, but not my daughter. I haven't really given it much thought because, you see since our arrival here I haven't felt like myself I feel really weak- like something is draining me. It was barely noticeable at first, but has gradually increased as the days and weeks have gone by now I have barely the strength to bat an eyelash. I just lay in my chair on the beach and look out into the ocean. Dongo, Doria and the rest of the refugees in our group are stumped.

“Good day to you Acala. How is my favorite otter?" A grey otter wearing only tan shorts asked.

“So-so."

“Still feeling tired and listless?"

“Yes, Mr. Xava. My strength is all but gone, I can't move around like I once did and it scares me. It might be an otter thing so I wouldn't recommend you get too close."

“So you don't feel the human, jackals, cervines, pumas or hyena in our group would be affected eh young miss?"

“I hope not Mr. Xava." Acala said to the mysterious otter.

“What about your daughter Tippi?"

“I hope she hasn't caught it, whatever it is."

“Have you told her?"

“No, Mr. Xava, but I think she knows something is wrong and that I have been hiding it from her. But I am happy to see you- according to Dongo, you have the most medical knowledge of anyone in our group."

“They speak very highly of me young miss."

“You are the closest thing we have to a healer. So what is your diagnosis sir?"

The mysterious otter was silent. Which prompted Acala to ask again.

“Mr. Xava?"

“Fine. What you are experiencing is the result of a netso fly. It is a extremely rare insect that inhabits this area- a nexus of environments. Look at your tail do you see that mark?"

“Yes."

“I am afraid you were bitten young miss. What you are experiencing is a reaction to that bite."

“Is it fatal?" Acala gasped.

“Degenerative, I am afraid you will experience symptom after symptom until you become something comparable to a living breathing plushie doll."

“No! There has to be some type of cure Mr. Xava!!"

“It is an incurable condition I am afraid."

“So I am just going to waste away?" The she otter said crying. “First my daughter's father now this."

……

The mysterious otter was once again silent while Acala regained her composure.

“Mr. Xava how is it that you know about this netso fly?"

“I was incubated here my dear."

“Incubated?" Acala asked giving the mysterious otter her full attention.

“I am not a beastial like the rest of you refugees…"

“Now that I think about it you joined our group after we fled World Two and led it most of the way as well."

“All true young miss. What you have here- this lagoon surrounded by these environments will give your group the best opportunity to thrive, well it's only opportunity away from what you knew." The grey otter said smiling darkly.

“Some of us anyway." Acala said wiping her tears.

“What if I said that there was a way to live as normal a life as possible with this condition?"

“You mean as in a cure?"

“There isn't a cure Acala. The condition would always remain, always be with you- however, you would be able to resume your normal activities and life for a time. But it comes with a price."

“Yes, whatever it is, I will pay it as long as I no longer have to feel like this Mr. Xava!" The she otter said looking up at her visitor from her chair.

“I must warn you that the price is quite high."

“I don't care. Please Xava."

“Become my companion."

“I do enjoy our conversations, but I beg your pardon?"

“Be mine. Give me all of you… willingly young miss. If you do, I can make it so that you will be able to live with your condition. Well, as can be expected."

“What are you Mr. Xava?"

“Let's just say that for a individual such as I, existence can be somewhat lonely. That is why I gravitated toward your group seeing you struggle against the insurmountable piqued my interest."

“Xava you have a very sick sense of humor! Or are very sick indeed."

“Very well young miss it seems that a demonstration of my power is in order." The grey otter said with a wicked smile.

*POOF*

“My clothes!"

“You do have a lovely body Acala." The grey otter said approaching Tippi's mother.

He then kneeled at her groin. He took a quick look around the beach to make sure that they were truly alone. They were. The grey otter placed his face into Acal's groin and then…

*LICK* *LICK*

“Goodness!" The she otter said covering her face in shock. “Mr. Xava! I will have you know that I am a mother!"

“Mothers are ladies too." The mysterious grey otter said kissing her vagina. “In fact this is where the fruit of your loins emerged from your body. Her scent is still here."

“UUUUHHHHH." Acala moaned at the bad touch. But it did feel kind of good and she even started to feel better too.

“Shall I continue?"

Mr. Xava didn't hear any protests so he started kissing upward from her groin, to her tummy, then her breasts. Acala continued moaning and giggling while he moved on to her cheeks and forehead.

“Wait! I think I need protection!" Xava said standing.

“Such a gentleman." Acala cooed.

It wasn't the protection the she otter was expecting though. She watched shocked as the he otter standing right in front of her transformed into a white canid.

“There much better." The creature said picking her up from her chair and gently laying her right down on the sand.

Acala studied the trim, well muscled and well endowed dog as she started to feel even better. Watching the doggie's penis expand sent bolts of electricity throughout her entire being!

“Is that going to even fit?

“One way to find out." Xava said presenting. He gently slipped his flared red tip inside her opening and gently pushed his way in. All the way in.

“UUUHHHH!!!" Tippi's mother moaned.

“You don't mind if your the bottom young miss?"

“NNH!!! Not at all."

Acala kept looking at the canine's testicles, they were so large! His penis despite it's large size filled her so nicely.

“I call this next sequence UMF, UMF, UMF, HURK!!!" The canid remarked.

“Call it whatever you want, just don't stop, my strong, beautiful and huge beau!!!" Acala said as she was humped.

*UNF* *UNF* *UNF*

“If you keep complimenting me like that, I am not going to last long young miss. Uh oh!! I can't take anymore… ARRRRROOOOO!!!!!!"

Acala felt the penis inside her slit spasm and twitch and twitch and spasm before she received the full contents of the white canine's balls; ten squirts of doggie jizz. It felt so warm and filling.

“Oh goodness!!!" Acala shouted as the white dog collapsed on her.

“It has been a long time since I experienced that."

“Xava?"

“You are truly something special- a fantastic lay and a nice conversationalist as well." The white dog exclaimed. “How do you feel?"

“Better than I have in months! My strength it has returned. This is because of you?"

“Umm hmm." The white canid said kissing Acala on her head. “So how about it? Adventure in the great outdoors and all the sloppy sex you can handle?"

“Yes Mr. Xava. A thousand times yes!!" Acala said hugging the mysterious canid.

“There are a few stipulations though. You must remain here at this place, the nexus where my power is strongest."

“Ok. What else?"

“And I get to touch this, this and especially this when ever I want, as much as I want understood?"

“My chest, vulva and backside?" The she otter asked curiously.

“Yes, it will keep me faithful. You see young miss, for beings such as myself it is not the getting. It is the HAVING." Xava said locking lips with the brown she otter.

Personal Journal March 8th, Year Of Empire 34

My health has taken a turn for the better; I am like I was before my arrival here. All thanks to Mr. Xava. We have begun a relationship, a permanent one. He appears to be a mild manner beastial on the surface, but he can assume any form he chooses which has made our love life quite adventurous and passionate. I do wonder what the real him looks like though. Part of me wants to know while the other part doesn't; it adds to the mystery.

My daughter has noticed my health change as well. I don't think she really understands what has been happening. Part of me wonders if I should keep that from her.

“Still nothing Tippi?" A hyena asked as the young otter continued to play with the communication cube in his utility vehicle.

“No Dongo there is no communication at all."

“I guess that means we are well past the boundaries of the empire then." The hyena said watching Xava preparing to go out on a date with another otter. “No hub tonight for you. Perhaps you may want to join Doria, myself for game night?"

“Nah, I think I can keep myself entertained." Tippi said.

“Ready for our evening stroll young miss?"

“Delighted." Acala responded. She was unaware that the two were being observed by a third little otter who was snooping on her mother's now beau.

The young otter left the hover vehicles in the caravan staying just far enough out of site to see the whatever it was change into a white canine before it made love to her mother.

The next morning as the refugees assembled to have breakfast…

“Mr. Xava?"

“Good day Tippi how are you on this marvelous morning?"

“May I speak with you?"

“Sure. What about?"

“Not here in private."

The grey otter followed the young otter into a nearby motorhome. The two sat down at a kitchen table to talk.

“What's up young missy?" Mr. Xava asked.

“I followed you and my mom last night while on your date. I SAW everything."

“Everything?"

“Everything." The young she otter said locking eyes with him. “What exactly are you?"

“What do I appear to be?"

“I thought another otter until you turned into a white malamute when you were with my mother. You are much more than you appear to be." The smaller brown otter said to the larger otter.

“You didn't expose me, you could of said something during breakfast." The grey otter said to the youngling.

“Do you mean us any harm?"

“If I did what could you do about it little otter?"

“Probably nothing now that I think about it especially since you can change form at will."

“Let's just say that I took particular interest in your group's plight, it's struggle."

“You are the reason we found this mysterious place and why momma is better." Tippi concluded.

“My you are quite smart for a youngling."

“How long are we going to have to stay here? When can we go back home?" Tippi said grabbing Mr. Xava's paws.

Now….

“That is an incredible story Tippi." Shakara said.

“I realized that the being sitting across from me knew more than he was telling any of us. I pleaded with him. He told me some of the truth." The little she otter said. “What he felt I could handle, but not all of it."

“Dongo and Doria are alive!!!" I exclaimed.

“So what do you think Mr. Xava is?" Shakara asked.

“I realize now that he was probably an escaped lab creature like the monsters running around in the forest outside. Which meant he really knew what was going on. I continued to poke and prod him for the whole truth."

“Dongo and Doria are alive!!!" I shouted.

“Did he relent Tippi?" My lioness said covering my mouth.

“Only after I cornered him in his white canid form one evening after Dongo and the others had gone to bed. I asked him did he care about me and my mother. He nodded. Then I told him if he did he would tell me the whole truth."

“And he did?" The lioness said.

“He told me horrifying stories of the fall this civilization- the cities were no more as well as the empire. Those who survived were left to fend for themselves across this ruin; my friends, relatives and acquaintances were most likely dead." The little she otter admitted. “He said that where we were now was the best outcome for all in our group."

“Dongo and Doria are alive!!!" I said giddy.

“But you didn't believe him." My devious person said.

“I really missed my friends, my home and my school. So when no one was looking, I took my mom's hover vehicle and made my way back."

“But sweetie you are way too young to drive!" Shakara.

“I also went the wrong way making my way to the forests between World Four and World Five where my mom's hover vehicle stopped working when the sky turned red. I wrecked near Capital Stadium and was captured. Because I was so small I was passed around the monster king's goons until I wound up with Haem and his bunch who decided to make me into travel rations. You know the rest." Tippi said.

“Dongo and Doria are alive!!! Erm, you know that was an extremely foolish thing to do Tippi you could have been killed!!!" I scolded the little beastial.

“I know that now." The little girl said. “Now I just wished I could see my mother again she must be worried sick."

“Tippi do you remember how to get back to this nexus area you traveled to with your mother, Dongo and Doria?" I asked with baited breath.

“Not exactly."

“What do you mean?" I asked devastated.

“Mr. Xava led our caravan to it."

(DAMN.)

“I suspect he knew all along." I said to the female beastials.

Morning had turned into afternoon when our next appointment arrived.

“Look how the mighty have fallen!" Tippi chided the black octopus thingie who entered the infirmary. “What's wrong forgot to eat?!"

Haem drooped his head in shame.

“Is it me or does he seem much smaller?" I asked my lioness.

He was only slightly larger than Tippi who took glee in tormenting him.

“Tippi enough. You need to realize that we are all family here." I said chiding the otter girl.

“Yeah right." She said departing.

“Haem weren't you bigger when you arrived?" Ms. Kubari asked.

“He can't speak remember? He is like Tori a mute." I said reminding my devious person.

The octopus like creature started using its limbs and tentacles to speak to us. Shakara observed his motions.

“He says he hasn't eaten anything since his arrival."

“Why?" I asked stupidly.

It was at that moment all Haem's eyes turned to focus on me.

“I see you haven't found a suitable replacement for your preferred diet." I said to the young monster.

“Come on. We are going to postpone your exam." Shakara said grabbing one of the creature's limbs.

Haem was confused.

“We are going to expand your limited palate." The lioness said.

So we took Haem who was once about the size of Sandu but had shrunk considerably to the eating place for lunch. Shakara believed that it would be in our best interest to introduce the starving monster to alternate meat sources (besides us). Dianna Wild gave him a sample of rabbit which he didn't seem to care for, but he did take a liking to fish salmon and tuna.

(Problem solved.)

“Linias and Sandu seemed to gravitate toward this too." The she centaur said as more customers entered into the eating place for lunch that afternoon. “Hmm…"

“Dianna something wrong?" I asked as Haem held out plate asking for more fish.

“Celestine and Augustin were supposed to meet me here at noon, they are over an hour late. That is not like them." The she centaur said worried.

“Did they have another appointment?" Shakara asked.

“They were keeping Tori company while she was guarding the north maze."

I looked at my lioness. Her broad feline smile was replaced by a look of concern.
