Nick is a Santa clause character who once a year delivers all sorts of presents all over the world. The other days of the year he spends his time granting wishes to anyone he feels like. Transforming other in order to either fit there wish or someone elses. In this pic Nick had a wish that the eagle would be taught some humilty and as such he though a good way to do so was by gender shifting the eagle.
