Just a quick personal thing I did. No punchline this time.  I don't get really angry often, typically less than once a year, but when I do it's in short flashes. I get angry enough to lose focus on my surroundings, but typically only for a few seconds before something snaps me back out of it. When it happens, I typically try to draw something of it, as a reminder to myself to not let it happen again. Unfortunately, the other day exactly that happened. At a close friend. I was snapped out of it by the sound of my car's engine as I red-lined it for the first time. I had to pull over into a convenience store to let myself calm down.
