Aw, that would be sweet. So do I. Though, fortunately, their fur no doubt keeps them warm enough, especially on these mild spring nights.

Agreed, personally I would prefer heavy rain during a late night thunder storm pitter pattering heavily on the window as the light from distant lightning flashes illuminate the room as seconds latter the rumble of thunder echoes in the distance while I and some one special snuggle up in front of an open fire. That would be for me a perfect evening in with a special somebody.

Yeah I know that sounds dumb and lame heh!
