Do you only do icons only or do you also do a full body pic? I've been wanting to get a pic of a character of mine, a full body one, the catcher is she's a three year old child so she's not "really" big. Granted age doesn't mean much cause when I was two I was three feet tall. Anyway, could you do a full body pic of her? I only have a description and a pic I made from a dragon maker as reference.

I do full colors, yes. However those start at $65 USD regardless of character age. Examples of those can be found in this folder:
