Now comes the tricky part.
Gray muzzle running at 100% to do something is a scary thought. You'll explode without proper lubrication and cooling x3
This... Is... SPARTASTIC!!!
No pad then and we know for a fact she didn't put one in as we saw the whole thing.
Edit, also after the ballet Tina would've worked up a sweat making her already reviling outfit even more transparent, mainly sweat would gathered on her chest, crotch and lower back giving her clothes the same covering as a wet T shirt would.
Plus Tina would sweat more under the circumstances due to her fur, in other words in that last panel you should be able to see every line and crease as if she was wearing nothing.
And since I have sp blocked, I will just reply to his concern in this comment... You could see her nipples in the last page because she was aroused (perhaps knowing that Ray was peeping) so her nipples were hard. Her leotard is made of spandex/lycra mainly... that is what bathing suits are made of, so no amount of sweat/water will make it see though. If it was made entirely of cotton and that was possible, it would be very disadvantageous to the wearer.
Aroused or not the belly button wouldn't be visible then invisible, her toe and nipples might vanish due to her no longer being aroused and shifting the crotch on her outfit, but the belly button wouldn't.
Anyway Dasher, your thought was a good one!
Edit.
This is my last word on the subject.
