As it turns out, a 1/4" coating of sleet renders dallas's bus and railcars as useful as they are depicted in this image. Along with most of the rest of dallas.
Luckily summoned for us a taxi, probably saving me some ridiculous sum of time and money when I got to my flight out on time.
