In that moment, he pictured his mother sitting there in the empty seats in the front. He saw her waving at him, smiling through proud motherly tears. "I know you're out there, mom, somewhere. And I know you're proud of me." he thought to himself. "Thanks for.. Believing in me." He waved back to the empty seat.
