SURPRISE! More of this stuff from me.. :I

This was a wip request I got a looong time ago in May of last year from an artist on FA.. The artist said he was gonna finish but has since vanished... Was unsure about posting this one up, I usually ask the artist about it, but it's just been gathering dust in my art folder. If he comes back and asks for me to remove it I will, I really like this one though :c

Anyway, this was based on a pokemon stream my mate did. He named an eevee "Niven", evolved it into a jolteon then took it out whenever a opponent knew hypnosis. He's a cruel trainer. >:I
