Jessica
Finally! After a week of waiting (and beating Sebun, trying to convince him to not try to make that silly “Techsword style" of swordsmanship) my rapier is done! We are heading towards the City on The Mountaintop. Since we're on the equator, we won't have to go far to get to the Asgardian Sector of Mythos. North wise, that is. The Asgardians were always the most confusing god-tribe to me. They were gods of ice in sweltering heat, but they made it work. Supposedly, it snowed in their realm a few months out of the year, so it might be best not to question it. Anyways, we headed out. We left the airship under Coggsworth and walked West across Grash with nothing but swords and a well stocked backpack (which supposedly is a Sack of Holding). It took us a week to get to the nearest rent-a-magicar. That let us go faster, letting us go another week before getting to a mountain range, the Olympiad range. Now we just needed to get through without inciting the resident Pantheon's wrath.
Sebun
Everything was going well. Mythology was the one thing that I was good at in school. Greek myths were my favorite, and although skeptical of the trip, I was overjoyed when I heard we were in the Olympic range. But then everything went wrong.
It happened at night. I was on watch as Jessica was sleeping. I saw a flash, and then heard a pop. Something whips past my ear and I froze, embarrassingly screaming and waking Jessica. “Whazzat?" my partner asked groggily. So much for saving the world together, she couldn't save me! “There's someone shooting at us," I yelled. The next shot grazed my shoulder. I felt a burning pain as whet felt like a corrosive acid burrowed it's way into my skin. I could tell that the sniper was lining up a shot as my hare friend jumped in front of me with her rapier ready. These obviously weren't bullets. We were in Mythos proper now, technology should be mainly useless save for ones that use magic as a power source, like the magicar. “Human," I hear from far away and right next to my ear. “You are intruding. Leave before I put a shot in your throat."
Jessica got up quickly, looking shaken. “Sebun- Ren- did you hear that?"
“It said 'leave or I will shoot you.'"
“No, that's not what it said."
“What did it sa-!" our conversation was interupted as another projectile launched toward us.
“Get down!" Jessica said, pushing me to the ground with one hand as the other prepared her rapier. It deflected the bullet but the damage was done: I hit the back of my head on a sharp rock and everything after that was black. I heard everything around me, but I could not see anything. I was blind.

Skia- The Cadmean Vixen
It's official. These travelers are the worst entertainment ever. Instead of fighting back, they just... sit there. One raised her sword, but the other one seems paralyzed. I loaded Laelaps' bullets into the magical sniper rifle- a gift from Hephaestus- and aimed right at the hare. I spoke. -Whore. Stop defending that weak human. What are you, its mate? That's low, even for a bunny- she froze as I lined up a perfect shot- and… Fire! The bullet sailed through the air as the bunny girl raised her rapier. -Did you just call me bunny?!- The voice was female, and it was coming from both close and far away. Suddenly, a blinding flash of light occurred as the bunny started glowing. The bullet was instantly vaporized “And my friend isn't worthless." This time, the voice was definitely close. Then the hare transformed. She got bigger, and her fur turned pale gold. She donned a beautiful magenta dress. Her golden eyes glittered as she proclaimed “Ostara will not be challenged, and I am the host of Ostara. Vixen- stop this now, or I will cause war on Olymia!"
-What?- the human said to her. Somehow, I was hearing everything that was happening near her. -Jessica? Is that you?-
-Ostara! Forgive me, it won't happen again! In fact, I will serve you to make up for it!-
The hare had a smug look on her face as I called up my partner, the one I got my bullets from. “Lalaps! Come on. A goddess has called us to serve her."
“Both of us?" the hound grumbled. But he knew. Me and him are a packaged deal. If she had one, than she had us both. We teleported down to them, Laelaps sheathing his sword as I collapse and holster my sniper rifle. “So, where too, boss?" I asked the goddess-hare, who was helping the useless human stand up and walk.
“Yggdrasil. Unchainable is there."
And so we went.
