Here I present to you my New OC - Nicepop the Shiny Lugia. I named him that way because Shiny and Regular Lugia color palete reminds me of Icecream. And durring thinking about his design I was playing Undertale and then I meet there a Nicecream stand, so I decided to mix that name with other Frozen treat that id good for Hot days - Popsicle. That's how his name was created. And design for Nicepop is straight forward Cheerleader Uniform based on that one wearing by Juliet Starling from Lollipop Chainsaw.

Nicepop is a Male Shiny Lugia that was born with huge inflated belly. He was always more girly than the other guys, but he didn't want to deny that he is a guy. Due to his interests he befriended with Vicki the Virizion and they both fulfilled their dreams of becoming cheerleaders.
