Resonance: Gone Beyond the Clouds
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
(( This song is dedicated to the living memory of those in Boston who are suffering right now, and those who have gone where we may not tread yet. ))
Pain, suffering....death. These are things that resonate within me and refuse to leave. The death of my mother... the anguish of not being accepted among my peers. The suffering of seeing every day, people who delight in making others hurt.
I used to use my music to put these emotions out of me if they built up too strongly. Now, I use it to help bring those same emotions back into me from others, to help them live through the pain.
Eventually, I too will pass beyond the clouds, to whatever may be up there. Death eventually catches us all, and I am not afraid to say that I am terrified of my own mortality. I live with that fear every day, and will continue to do so as the world falls down around me.
These negative emotions bring sadness, despair, loneliness... all the more do we need the light of hope that those we care for can bring into our lives.
