Huttser, is a Superhero who one out of many other heros are destined to protect the city they live in. Each hero is given they're own special unique power to save others, Huttser's is the power over all forms of electricity, able to create shields, shoot bolts of lightning through the palms of his hands along with the tips of his fingers. Every time he uses his powers it drains his energy which he can recharge over time. One of his self-defense techniques is to transform into his Ultimate form, which bulks and expands his body to three times its normal size, his eyes will glow with a bright blue aura, his muscles expand making him much more stronger, but unfortunatly this drains quite a bit of energy, leaving him quite weak and tired after it's been used, so it's only used as a last resort.
