I'm not sure why this wasn't voted more highly. This was actually done very well, and I have to give you some kudos for not giving her breasts (since birds don't actually have mammaries). Aside from maybe working a bit on the wings, my only real advice is that I think the background takes away too much from the subject matter, and pulls your eye to it instead of her.
