This addition to my Art Fight character lineup is my take on Doctor Whooves, one of the background characters from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
I figured Lauren Faust was watching Doctor Who when she created this character...either the Christopher Eccles or Matt Smith version, I'm not sure. But I decided to remake him after Tom Baker, my favorite of the Doctors. He practically "introduced me to the franchise back in the 1970s, and I was hooked ever since.
