Surprise Birthday Balloon
seems Niko someone found out it was Nikos Birthday and decided that Niko would get his fill of 35 tanks of helium . Niko became fuller and fuller until he was big and round like a balloon and started to float, the mysterious person than placed a party hat on the sabertooth pandas head and than they sent the panda on a nice free trip to see the sites from a new angle.
