Kezhon and his Octillery

I see Kezhon being a water type fan if pokemon existed in his world. Had a lot of fun doing this yet I have yet to figure out how to do transparent backgrounds! If anyone knows please tell me and I'll re-upload this to be how it's supposed to be.

I have no clue. I just know the original 150, and I don't remember most of their names.
