Well in the story I'm writing, that scene is featuring the Main Character, Yanoke Fuken, on a sailing ship to Yokohama. In the plot I have made for the story, this is featuring him trying to relax after he flees his homeland, which is a fictional island that's a week's venture southeast of Japan. As you can see, he's more of a boy than a man, around the age of fifteen. I completely forgot to draw in his escort appointed to him, who will be in the scene in the book, a tabby-cat samurai who is only twenty-three, though one hell of a swordsman.

I'm still trying to figure out the back story though. I'm trying to decide weather to feature the Boshin War either during the story, or a decade after the story, it's kinda hard to pick.
