Tik is a Kobold of serious demeanor and is the Guardian of Time Serving under Ti'Kestria (Goddess of time and fate) who keeps the clock turning.
Tik lost her arm, eye and freedom in an exchange against the then goddess of time, in a bid to save someone dear to her from a fate she feels was avoidable if she had only been more courageous, more protective.
