Seeing as the character has become the basis of my account species and name, I thought this would be the best image to start with.

This is my main character Moreta, a dragon girl from a fantasy world. She fled her homeworld, through a portal, to another world. Where she befriended my other main characters.

She started life as a fan character, (have had her since 1997) and has been through development to become non fan based.

When leaving fandom and adapting my worlds to be their own original creations, her new design took some time to come to me. My other characters converted nicely but hers took a bit more time, mainly ideas floating around I couldn't decide upon. Eventually ideas came and here she is, I only have an image of her child self but I will be drawing her current age at some point. Hopefully making this account might help with my art block I have been experiencing.
