Oh, horror of horrors! The stalwart SWAT Kat T-Bone has found himself in the deadly clutches of Dr. Viper! The evil biochemist is hellbent on punishing his enemy for constantly ruining his plans. And he has just the ticket! T-Bone is stripped to naught but his mask and briefs and held in place on a rotten wood table somewhere deep in Viper's lair, as a host of slimy tentacles begin to slowly tickle him. Against his will, he begins to laugh... and laugh... and laugh! And he'll keep right on laughing until the good Doctor sees fit to end his torment (or until Razor rescues him).
