It didn’t take long for Nicholas and Shine in the vehicle to return to the place he had been born and raised at. They landed in the same place they had taken off from before when leaving for Loft Ridge. The two got out along with the things that had been taken there and brought back. The vixen smiled up at the love of her life and they found the other’s paw, his smile matching her loving one, and they went up to the surface. The couple knew before anything else, they had to report to Ajihad and Natasha. The fosky and vixen were able to get an audience with the lupine and arctic vixen. There they told what they had fought and what had also been found out and had happened. “Hmmm… so another High Command member has appeared. And he represents lust huh?” Ajihad said.
“Yes that’s what the guy named Stride stated,” Nicholas answered. “He didn’t fight me and Shine but his pet attacked us. Lucky both me and her were able to beat it. And I got this from after the monster was killed.”
The guy showed the rulers the new weapon he had. “So that’s what your past self used to fight huh?” Natasha asked. It was during their explanation Nicholas and Shine had brought up Ish and her husband with the present day fosky and vixen being the new reincarnated beings of those two.
“It does explain a few things,” Ajihad commented. “But even so, this must be the reason not only you two met but feel in love while also gaining these weapons. You really are a perfect match for the other in more ways than one.”
Shine just smiled, blushing but looking very happy and pleased. She believed it now to and Nicholas grinned, hugging her from behind. “Darling…” she giggled.
“Sorry babe but hearing that made me think so to,” the male said with a smile. The couple then looked to the rulers who had smiles themselves. “Sorry if this is a bother…”
“It’s okay, I was once like that with my husband,” the arctic fox replied gently.
“So then… how have things gone since we left?” Shine then asked.
“We’re rebuilding but there’s still some much to fix and do,” Ajihad stated. “Why don’t both of you take a day off and then come help?”
“Yes, we’ll be sure to do that,” Nicholas replied.
He and Shine talked a bit more and then it was off to their house here. Upon getting to the entrance, the male swept his girlfriend off her feet. Shine squealed and giggled, her legs kicking playfully, tail swishing. “Nicholas!” she laughed happily, holding onto him with her arms around his neck.
“We’re back home love,” he whispered.
“Yes… our home…” the female agreed, their muzzles getting close.
“You really feel that now?”
“I do hun… I now could live here forever with you…” They had a loving kiss.
After pulling back, the guy got the door open and then carried Shine in who looked to him with love and lust burning in her eyes. “Oooohhh darling…” the vixen cooed.
“It’s perfect practice for later on the honeymoon…” The female giggled and kissed his neck. Nicholas quickly had the stuff back inside after setting Shine down. But then the male swept her off her feet again after she kissed his cheek again and the two were soon in the room they shared, making love with a heated passion.
When it was finished, they had a loving kiss before the guy rolled her on top of his body to rest for now. “Ooooohhh you’re just so good…” Shine purred her vixen purr, running a finger down his muscled chest.
“The best you’re ever had?” he asked with a smirk.
“Without a doubt,” the female answered without missing a beat and gave his muzzle and nose a lick.
“Yeah well it’ll get better later once this whole mess with that clan is over.”
“Yeah…” The two were silent and Shine looked to the side with a happy smile.
“Something on your mind Shine?”
“Oh… just what you said earlier about getting practice for our honeymoon…” The two looked into the other’s eyes. “Ever since that night at Loft Ridge and you mentioned children and marriage to me… well I’ve really had a different look on things. I’ve been thinking back to the time of being Ish and how she was with those things. Now I’m starting to see it, little ones that look like us running around in this home of ours.”
“And of course before that you looking beautiful pregnant with them…” Nicholas added, stroking her face now. Shine kissed the paw that was doing so, sighing happily.
“But yes, until that mess with the clan is finished we can’t yet…”
“It will be worth all the waiting and trouble.” She nodded and they kissed again.
“I love you…” Shine murmured, laying her head on his muscled chest. “I love you so much…”
“I love you to,” the male whispered.
“I’ll never leave your side. I am yours now and forever.” They then settled in to sleep. They spent the day together off and in love. But then it came time to work and help with the rebuilding. A couple of months went by. Each week news came in from the other areas as they had to deal with problems of their own from the enemy. They did learn what Nicholas and Shine had done and knew that if anything major happened, the fosky and vixen could help. Well as it turned out it did, but this time for the water city of Aispir was the next to be truly attacked by the enemy. And the Great Being for water who was nearby had been attacked like Farosh had been. That meant it was time to move out once again and help the next area.
