This picture shows one of the battery pack out of its cheek pocket. Here you can clearly see the power switch, each battery pack has one. When you put the battery packs back in there cheek pocket make sure you have the power switch down at the opining of the cheek pocket and that the power switch is facing out of the cheek pocket. If the power switch is facing in towards the cheek you will have to remove the battery pack and turn it around to turn the fans on.
