EDIT: Mom was pushing me to get something put in the fair, so here's what I picked. It was a pain because the picture had to be done 'within the past year' and a lot of my favorites are from just past that. Luckily I still had this sitting around 70% done, so I finished it up and got it posted on testured paper, then wrapped in plastic--why people feel they need to TOUCH pictures to look at them is beyond me, so hopefully that fixes that. The whole piece including the mount paper is about the size of a standard printed photo, so it's rather small. Wish me luck!
Also, I plan on getting a better nonmatted scan of this once it comes back from the fair....I scanned the finished picture in haste, just in case for WHATEVER REASON it happens to get lost or stolen from the fair or something. Nerve wracking!

A friend of mine has all teeny tiny/shrunken characters. When I mentioned that I was trying to draw something OTHER than ponies for once, he asked for a tiny panda chillin on Kila's nose. It has now turned into a picture of Kila's hair...her glorious, delicious, silky, inky hair. Pretty sure this counts as an extreme case of 'my pen slipped'.
Something I'm still working on when I think about it, a lock added here and there. It won't be very big, the edge of the paper is on the right.
