Marian and Melody Concepts (Val and Kodi's kits)
This was something one of my backers (Warwolf) had been asking to see for a while now. I think I've previously shared Melody and Marian when they were kits, although granted that was a long time ago, so many of you may not remember them., but I had sort of fleshed out their personalities as being adorably diametrically opposed. This is to keep a bit of a genetics joke here that I have running with Val, wherein her snarky, wild behavior seems to be an inherited trait that normally skips a generation. Val's mom was soft and sweet, whereas her grandma was also a wild motorcycle rider.
However, with Val being fortunate enough to have twin kits, instead of her attitude skipping a generation, it manifested in one of her girls...and I think it's obvious which one.
Melody is the sweet, bubbly girl who's the apple of her daddy's eye. Unfortunately for her Pa, she also has a sensual side, something that her 'assets' only stand to amplify when she sets her sights on a boy. As much as she hates her Pa chasing away her boyfriends, admittedly she also find her boyfriend's reactions a little amusing. Melody is very girly and revels in being feminine. She's also...well let's just say she's not a straight-a student despite her best efforts. She likes to sing but unfortunately is completely tone-deaf, but her biggest talent is perhaps her cooking skills, particularly desserts and baking.
Marian is, as you can probably tell, the twin that takes after Val the most. She's generally cold and sarcastic and does a good job of scaring the boys away herself, eliminating what little draw her tomboyishness would normally draw. What she lacks in the technical skill department her mother excels at, she makes up for with her artistic talent, even if she more often than not chooses to be purposely awful to revel in tormenting her audience (Hence her interest in slam poetry). She's actually a talented singer, although she tries to hide that skill from everyone. Also, just like her mother, she has a secret warm, gooey side.
