Sorry, that's just the first thing that came to mind when I saw the pic and his nickname. But "Sick Boy" doesn't sound like the kind of thing for an aristocratic combat medic.

Actually, I just ended up imagining Baron Schultzmeyer as being very old-style snobby yet stylish, like in a mystery or adventure book.
