Because Brine likes to walk around in a speedo after having a nice, long day of murderizing people and stalking folks across the rooftops. Nothing more, nothing less. Other than that, there's really no story behind this. Some guys just like to stretch out after a long few days of work and enjoy the simpler approach to relaxation. A cup of sake and a nice warm bed was always inviting.
