Kengi leveled the particle cannon at his target and didn't even flinch as a beam of green plasma seared by, missing him by inches. With a snarl he pulled the trigger and the weapon in his hand started to glow with the restrained power of a sun.

Bit of X-Com Enemy Within fan art featuring Kengi in a MEC-1 Warden suit. Too bad they gotta cut off your arms and legs to let you pilot one of those babies. Sure you get cybernetic replacements for when you don't need to be in a battle suit, but still, what a sacrifice.
