Even if I do get an offer to start work before the time of Zelda's arrival, I'm not at all taking a leave for maternity by any means until I physically am forced to by going into labor on or off the job with her, albeit safely. The railroad is a nonstop 24/7 365 business and so is this yeen of yours truly right along with it. And for those who may be asking about the birth itself, no. I don't have an induction scheduled and don't plan to as my goal is to still have her naturally.
