Character Description
Miley is a blind 13-year old mouse girl from the hills near Empire City on Mobius.
She is usually shy and modest, and very polite.
Around her friends she can be very joyful.
Personality
Miley is very polite, she will always go last, always think of others first, apologise too much and address people properly (like Miss, Mrs, Mr and such)
Likes/Dislikes
Miley strangely enough, doesn't like cheese, she has an allergic reaction to it.
She does like oranges and crackers though C:
Lying in the grass, listening to the melody of the wind~
Background/History
Miley is a sensetive and shy girl, she wanders off by herself all the time.
Because she cannot see, her father told her to always take her chao, Tamby, with her.
And now they're best friends.
Miley is often picked on by the kids of the town where she lives (Emerald Town).
No-one really likes her at all, so she's often by herself at the play grounds and the beach.
Her chao protects her of the kids who make fun of her, she smacks them with her tambourine.
Miley has also grown to understand the chao language, she can understand it, but she cannot speak it.
Relatives/Family
Miley lives in a small wooden cottage on the hills near Empire City on Mobius.
Her parents are rather poor, so she doesn't really have a lot of stuff.
She usually hangs out near her house to play in the grass, and near the Wise Tree (she gave the tree that nickname lol)
and lie on the grass for hours, listening to the melody of the wind.
She also has a pet chao, called Tamby, she is her best friend in the entire world.
Body
Miley is rather skinny,
she's also small compared to Sonic (she's almost as tall as Cosmo from Sonic X)
her fur is light Purple, and her body and tail are human-skin-coloured.
her hair has a slightly darker shade of her fur's purple colour.
And, she has a slightly flatter chest than I drew in this reference picture sadly xD;;

Miley has two main outfits and a winter outfit (she doesn't wear it often though)

Accessories
Miley has had her tail pierced with a shiny golden ring.

Supporters of SoFurry
Doesn't seem fair that someone so nice gets treated as an outcast. Miley should deserve friends and companions no less than anyone else. Sadly though, it always seems to be the nicest people that have the fewest friends.
