just something i made in sai/photoshop today, I know why the border does that, but right now im too lazy to fix it. ;_;
[s]it'd require me to go back and copy the bg layer for each of the hachi layers then merge the hachi layer onto the bg layer and im just NOT FEELING LIKE DOING IT.[/s]

anyway, here's my new icon thingy. the small size has the properly adjusted speed n stuff as well but oh well. it was fin, took minimal time. :3
also yes its A GIF, I guess you have to hit dl to see it. :
