This is a concept piece featuring one of the characters from Heirs to the Throne, a Black Comedy Noir with Furry's, set in the fictional region of Kindling, a place run by Rich & Devious draconic families.

If we have a town full of Gangsters & thieves who's going to be the one cleaning up after their mess? Thats right, its the Police. Of course, the police in Kindling have their hands tied when it comes to the more powerful people leaving most of the force who care about their work bitter & frustrated. Then some of them are just jerks to begin with like Barry here. Barrington has a special dislike for the sarcastic Devillo Devianti who Barrington believes has strong ties to the Silk Noose, the biker gang running the gun trade in his district of Westholt. Of course try as he might he either meets indifference from his peers, or mockery from the smug Dragon.

Fun fact, Barrington's markings are taken from a new puppy recently acquired against Dennis's suggestion, so his being a pain in the ass jerk who gets in Devillo's way is kinda a snarky injoke. Pretty cool, or kinda dickish, you decide!
