(Spoiler alert. Overall, it'll be a great decision. Leastwise it was for me.)
When I bought my house, the second hardest part was watching a large part of my savings leave my account for the down payment. The hardest part was knowing I was going to be in debt for the next twenty years. But at the end, I figured I was going to wind up owning a house, free and clear, and that made it all worthwhile. May you have the same.
