Ratchet and Clank
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
A fluffy little catlike alien with a semiautomatic death-ray and a walking spaceship navigation system who can turn into a jetpack and beat you at chess all in one afternoon?

Seriously though, I love these games so much. They're fun and different, and even though they're one of the most overtly violent game series on the market, somehow it just seems like a fun adventure.
Ratchet and Clank, and all related characters (including the Zoni) belong to Insomniac Studios.
Do not steal them. You don't steal something that can blow your head off as soon as turn you into a sheep. That's just poor planning.

I really hope there's a nod to the earlier games too; it looks as though it's going to be something to do with the Future storyline if the teaser-trailer was any indication (I haven't done any in-depth searching because I don't want to spoil it for myself...), but to be honest I'll be happy just to get to see a feature-length film adaptation!
Now, if they'd only do one for the Jak & Daxter series, too...
(Very unlikely, but I can dream~)
i would die if they made a jak and daxter movie! :0 however i only really liked the first one in that series they kinda got lost on the second and 3rd i think. just my personal opinion.
There are a few games I'd love to see made into movies, but it seems like most of them wouldn't work in that format... That, and there seems to be an unfortunate majority of film adaptations of video games that just...don't work.
(Ever had the misfortune of seeing Doom or Alone in the Dark? /cringe)
I've seen my share of good and bad book/comic/game-to-movie scenarios, and the sad truth of it is that it tends to lean toward the bad end of the spectrum most of the time, unfortunately.
I completely understand where you're coming from in that sense. :)
